This is for the use of Agape House for your event for up to 100 guests (this does not include any other vendors). Included in this cost is the use of the venue for your rehearsal, and the day of your event. You will have two event coordinators who will be working with you before and during your event. Tables, chairs and linens will be provided as well as a bartender and all necessary staff for setup and breakdown of the event (this does not include catering staff)

Wedding package includes all services and items listed below

● Exclusive one day rental of Agape House property. The property is available at 8am on the day of your event to begin setup and receive vendor deliveries. All events end no later than 10pm and the property must be vacated no later than 11pm. All non-rental items such as personal decor and items that were brought in by the client or client’s vendors need to be taken off the premises at this time.
● The venue will be open for a two hour time period for your rehearsal the Eve of your wedding day.
● Four hours prior to your event time you and your wedding party will have access to the bridal suite.
● If needed we also offer a grooms room for two hours prior.
● Tables, chairs, and linens will be provided.
● Staff will be provided to set up for the ceremony, turnover for the reception (including centerpiece placement), and breakdown once the event has concluded.
● Cocktail hour will take place in the pool area while the reception is being set up.
● Two event coordinators will be on site the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
● Bartending service is included for up to 6 hours. You will need to provide your own alcohol and mixers.
● Water and tea are included.
● A lifeguard will be on duty for the duration of your event.
● Two traffic directors will be present to direct guests where to park.
● Setup of cake table, cake cutting, and distribution will be provided by staff.

**Interior of home is not available for event use with the exception of the caterer and access to the restrooms for guest use.

This package will include the following:

● Venue rental for up to 5 hours
● Music to end by 10pm.
● Access to venue 4 hours prior to event start time.
● Two parking monitors to assist guests.
● Pool monitor/lifeguard.
● Party Coordinator to assure your party runs smoothly.
● Setup and break down.
